From October 28 to 29, 2023, aiming to advance minimally invasive spine surgery technology, foster academic discourse, and benefit a broader spectrum of patients with spinal ailments, the "Qin-Dian" Alliance, Elevating Precision in the "Endoscope" OSE/UBE Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Technology Salon Series - Second Edition and the Training Course on One-hole Biportal Spinal Endoscope OSE Technology and Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic (UBE) Surgery Technology took place in Xi'an. The event, hosted by the Shaanxi Medical Association Spine Surgery Society and the Minimally Invasive Group of the Spine Branch of the Shaanxi Medical Association, and organized by Xi'an Zhongde Orthopedic Hospital.

The academic salon was conducted in a hybrid format, seamlessly blending online live streaming with on-site meetings.
